Every Allure Crafted Silver design is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, giving each piece its distinct, cherished finish. While sometimes it may take a little longer to reach you, we promise it will be worth the wait!

Delivery Policy

We’re proud to offer delivery to The United States, Singapore, United Kingdom, Canada, and Dubai. All orders are shipped from Sri Lanka, with an estimated delivery time of 21 business days. Please note that some shipments may incur additional customs duties depending on your country’s regulations and order value.

If you’re outside these regions and wish to make a purchase, we invite you to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to facilitate delivery for you. Should you have any questions or run into issues, our team is always here to assist—just get in touch, and we’ll be happy to help.

RETURNS POLICY

We’re confident you’ll fall in love with your Allure Crafted Silver jewellery. However, if you need to make a return, we’re here to assist.

Jewellery can be returned within 60 days of receipt for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions

The jewellery must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

All returns will be inspected upon arrival, and acceptance is at the discretion of Allure Crafted Silver.

How to Return Your Item

1. Send us a message with the details of your return, including a photo of the item you wish to return.

2. You’ll receive an email from us with a Return Authorisation form and instructions, including the return address.

3. Place the completed form inside your parcel, along with the item.

4. Drop off your parcel at your nearest Post Office, and you’re all set! We’ll handle the rest once your return reaches us.

Please Note:

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

The safe arrival of your return is important to us, but it’s your responsibility until we receive it. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely.
